Our Hatcher Tray Washer is a specially designed cleaning system for efficient washing and sanitization of trays used in poultry hatcheries. It effectively removes dirt, fluff, egg residue, and organic contaminants from hatcher trays, ensuring a hygienic environment and reducing the risk of bacterial growth and cross-contamination. The machine operates on a multi-stage washing process including pre-wash, detergent wash, high-pressure hot water cleaning, and final rinsing. Equipped with high-pressure spray nozzles, it ensures thorough 360 cleaning of trays, including corners and mesh surfaces. Manufactured using SS 304 food-grade stainless steel, the washer offers excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and long operational life. The automatic conveyorized system allows continuous tray movement, minimizing manual handling and improving productivity in hatchery operations. An integrated water recirculation and filtration system helps reduce water consumption and operating costs. Optional hot water or steam heating system can be incorporated for enhanced cleaning efficiency and proper disinfection, meeting strict hatchery hygiene standards.
